As design architects our role is to convert the abstract ideas of our clients into innovative design concepts. Through site evaluation and surrounding environment analysis, we develop a concept into a functional, comfortable and cost-effective design solution with aesthetic appeal and structural design.

We design and develop spaces and environments that enlighten, communicate and deliver function through intricate involvement of form, function, structure, material, style and detail. Conceptual designs are modified into preliminary drawings incorporating required electrical, sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply and sewerage system along with preliminary estimate of cost on area basis.

Necessary drawings, sketches and study model are prepared for Client’s/Statutory approval and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation, as applicable and assist the client in obtaining the statutory approval, if required.

Thoughtful details relating to amenities such as air-conditioning, electronic accessories, other mechanical and electrical system, building safety system such as fire detection and protection system, security system are taken into consideration.

Our facilities include inviting, receiving, analyse tenders from contractors and advise client on appointment of contractors. We assist in preparing and submitting completion reports and drawings for the project required by the client and in obtaining Completion/ Occupancy certificate from statutory authorities, wherever required.
